Nikki Feinsot
Nikki has worked in varying roles within the human resources function for over fifteen years. In the corporate environment she managed the growth of a government contractor from three to over fifteen hundred employees in four years. The contractors she supported ranged from IT development and support to Davis Bacon, Service Contract Act and Union employees.
After leaving the corporate environment, Nikki worked in a consultant role and supported all aspects of HR within various government contractors most of which were designated small, disadvantaged businesses by the SBA. Responsibilities included recruiting, staffing, compensation and benefits, on-boarding, training and development, employee relation challenges and performance management.
Nikki earned her Bachelors Degree from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.
