Nancy Woronick
Nancy Woronick is a former corporate executive with experience in Marketing, Customer Service, Product Development and all the HR disciplines. She has created and delivered team-based training that helped transform organizations into more productive and cohesive units. She led a team to create a subsidiary for CIGNA Corporation. Her focus within The Supplee Group is to work with companies to provide outsourced Human Resources Services to help companies save time and money. She works with executives to define HR strategy and helps them make critical people decisions. She has a master’s degree in Counseling from The University of Hartford and has extensive experience in employee relations, and helping managers and staff work together to create more efficient and productive organizations.

Karen Wells Karen Wells brings over 15 years of corporate experience in human resources management, consulting and in-house management. Her experience in Human Resources covers both domestic and international organizations including professional services, information technology, telecommunications, internet start-ups, aerospace and satellite organizations as well as not-for-profit organizations. Although skilled in all facets of Human Resources, her particular strength is defining organization requirements and processes to best align the organization with the business strategy. She is particularly adept in managing organizational change in traditional work environments, including benefits and compensation, recruitment and staffing, policy and procedure development, employee relations and strategic planning. Mrs. Wells’ earlier corporate experience included Project Management related to domestic and international merger, acquisition and joint venture work with MCI Communications. She also acted as Director of Human Resources for COMSAT International with responsibility for HR guidance in 11 countries, worldwide. Karen holds a Bachelors Degree in Education from Sul Ross State University in Alpine, TX and a Masters of Science in Management from Troy State University in Troy, AL. She is a certified Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) and a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the Northern VA SHRM Chapter. |

Dr. Edward A. Loucks Ph.D
A management consultant with three decades of professional experience in more than a dozen industries worldwide. Ed specializes in executive career counseling, human resources development, executive coaching, succession planning, the development of leadership and management skills, group decision making process facilitation, 360-degree assessment, turnover attenuation, culture change management and survey research. Prior to embarking on his consulting career Ed taught graduate and undergraduate courses at the University of Southern California, Texas Christian University and The University of Texas. Ed holds a Master's degree and Doctorate in Government and International Relations with a specialty in human behavior in organizations from Claremont Graduate University.

Erika Silverman Holderness
Erika Silverman Holderness brings over 18 years of Human Resources experience to address the needs of your company. Her professional experience in Human Resources includes both private and public sector industries and focuses on health and disability administration. She has partnered within all areas of the Human Resources function to attract and retain employees, participate on Selection Advisory Committees (SAC) to select plan designs, vendors and appropriate health, disability and retirement plans, career development, compliance and Return-to-Work/Alternate Duty Programs. She has been invited to share her employer’s experiences at several national conferences. She has worked in the telecommunications, publishing and travel industries as well as the Fairfax County Public School system. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Human Resources from the University of Maryland, College Park.
